Shipping
Our product processing time is up to 14 days currently. As each item from our shop would have to be handled and put together by hand. Please allow the 2 weeks and additional post time for the item to get to you.
All items are sent with Royal Mail carrier. We use 3 different types within the UK, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Tracked with Signature. We are based in the UK but international shipping is available. We use tracking on all of our shipping as these items of importance, we hope you agree.
On tariffs fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Materials & Care
We make our jewellery pieces in sterling silver and as much as we love it they have to be looked after.
To maintain shine, gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush. Avoid liquid silver dips, as they may remove intentional oxidised details.
Be careful with perfume around silver jewellery, as the chemicals can cause it to tarnish more quickly.
