Shipping Policy

• Processing time

Our product processing time is up to 14 days currently. As each item from our shop would have to be handled and put together by hand, hallmarked by the Assay office in Birmingham and then it would be sent.

• Domestic UK Shipping

We use 3 different types, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Tracked with Signature.

• Shipping international options

International shipping can differ depending on location; but the company does offer it.

For all international shipping we offer Tracked only.

• Shipping company

We Vantaurea use Royal Mail for our shipping. For more information about shipping please visit their website: https://www.royalmail.com/

• Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Vantaurea accepts to ship P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the countries we already ship to.

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once the product has been sent you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and if you choose to have your shipment tracked, we will attach the tracking number to that email.

• Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vantaurea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

• Damages

Vantaurea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and contact us on our website; we will try to replace damaged or missing parcel. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
