Siobhan Ledden

I come from a fine art background, rooted in painting, ceramics and sculpture. I’ve always been drawn to making — to form, texture, and the process of shaping ideas into something tangible. My practice explores how material and meaning intertwine, often circling around the human form, nature, and storytelling.

Jewellery became the place where everything I love merged — the tactile, the intimate, the symbolic. I’m drawn to its closeness to the body, how it absorbs meaning through touch and wear. My pieces weave together mythology, nature, and fantasy, chasing the quiet beauty that exists between refinement and imperfection.

I work with a mix of traditional and experimental techniques — sand casting, wax sculpting, stone setting, and occasional digital processes. I’m drawn to the irregularities that surface through making, when a piece feels unearthed rather than made — like a relic carrying its own quiet mythology.
